Door Access Trouble Guide
Member is denied at the door
Reference their membership tab – look for their membership status to be Active
Status’ that will deny access
- Overdue
- Paused
They are active and were still denied at the door
Reference the Money Owed report --> Reports--> Report list --> Money Owed --> Is member on report?
Reference the members Transactions tab
Look for a potential overdue payment under the transactions tab. Reference a ‘payment failed’ with an available ‘Actions’ icon. (Indicates you can Write-off or retry payment)
Member not on Money owed report and no overdue payments
Reference the members ‘Details’ tab – click on ‘Save changes’ This will force an update to the door access system accordingly.
