Release Notes for October, 2013

Welcome to our first monthly release note article. This post will contain release notes for the Fitware product, and it'll be updated weekly throughout the month of October.

Changes through October 25:

New Features / Enhancements

  • Completely rebuilt the monthly member draft process from the ground up to address not billed member and other billing related issues (more details coming soon).
  • Added the primary phone number field to the header section on a members record
  • Added the ability to filter by only "primary members" on the Club Tier > Member List report
  • Added a new Group Report to the Club Tier > Reports > Member Reports section
  • Added the ability to select a "1 Month" term during the membership signup process.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue on the Club Tier > Credit Card Expiring report that prevented expired non-primary  payment method credit cards from being displayed
  • Fixed an issue that prevented some terminated employee memberships from being re-signed up
  • Fixed an issue that allowed a user from remove membership items from shopping cart during member creation checkout which prevented the membership agreement from saving.
  • Due to an issue that caused some bank account payments from processing during the POS checkout process we temporarily removed the ability to select Bank accounts in the Account On File payment method drop down until the root of the issue is resolved. 
  • Fixed an issue that caused some member draft payments to marked as declined in error due to a C01-C05 account correction notice return code.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented secondary members from being assigned a "Pending Delinquent" status when the primary members payment declined during the member draft.

New Features / Enhancements

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that caused memberships that were converted into a pre-paid / long term commitment to be terminated with an effective date set to the contract start date instead of the contract end date. 
  • Fixed an issue that prevented past member agreements from displaying in the member agreement details section.
  • Fixed a bug that prevent some vending transactions from being imported and posted on member accounts.
  • Fixed a bug that caused some members status history to be displayed incorrectly
  • Fixed a bug that caused some members agreement and account details not to be display

Changes through October 11:

New Features / Enhancements
  • Added functionality to automatically unlink an employees barcode when terminating their membership plan.
Bug Fixes
  • Fixed an issue that prevented some POS transactions from displaying in the club tier "POS Credit Card Transaction" Report
  • Fixed an issue that prevented recurring PT sessions from being scheduled until after the defined First Payment date.
  • Fixed an issue that may prevent a status from taking effect if multiple status changes are made on the same day.
  • Fixed an error that prevented users from viewing the club tier Insurance Report
