Fitware:
- Fitware users will be prevented from changing a status of Suspended – Unsigned Documents to OK, Delinquent, or Collections if the member has outstanding unsigned documents. They will be presented with this warning message:

If the primary member on the account has not signed documents |
Then the entire membership will be locked out immediately. Status will be changed to Suspended - Unsigned Documents.Three emails will be sent to the member on a 1,3,5 day cadence. |
If the secondary member on the account (non-minor) has not signed documents |
Then the entire membership will be locked out immediately. Status will be changed to Suspended - Unsigned Documents. Three emails will be sent to the member on a 1,3,5 day cadence. |
If there is a minor member on the account and they have not signed documents |
Minors are covered under the membership of the primary member. Minor members with unsigned documents have been cleared out of the unsigned documents list and will not be impacted - no lockout and no status change. NOTE: In the rare case when the primary member is a minor, they will be locked out and will have their status changed to Suspended - Unsigned Documents. |
If a member is suspended due to non-payment and has unsigned documents |
Their status will change from Suspended - Nonpayment to Suspended - Unsigned Documents. If they sign their documents, their status will revert back to Suspended - Nonpayment. |
If a member has a status of Freeze and has unsigned documents |
Their status will change from Freeze to Suspended - Unsigned Documents. If they sign their documents, their status will revert back to Freeze if they are still within their Freeze timeframe. If their Freeze end date is passed, they will change to OK. |
If a member is already terminated and has unsigned documents |
The status will remain as Terminated |
If a member is terminated and then their status is changed to OK |
Member will be presented the old membership unsigned documents and will be presented with the new membership documents to sign |
